1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the use of Ambient Channels Uploader (the "Application"), operated by BDW-Media (KvK 66202221, the Netherlands).
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy also apply.
3. Purpose and access
The Application is an internal tool used by BDW-Media to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels it owns. Access is limited to BDW-Media. No accounts are offered to third parties.
4. Content
BDW-Media is responsible for all content published through the Application and ensures it holds the necessary rights to that content and complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies.
5. Availability and liability
The Application is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BDW-Media is not liable for indirect damages resulting from its use or unavailability.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
